If Sports Properties Acquisition Corp. has purchased the BankAtlantic Center arena, land surrounding the arena and the Panthers for only $240 million what were the Panthers actually sold for. An arena and land surrounding an arena can't be cheap. Was the actual purchase for the arena and land and the Panthers were just thrown in for the hell of it?
